Happ has no single store that covers every system. What the Download section covers
The Download section is the entry point to Happ's official files and links. It is not a comparison with other apps and not a first-launch guide. It has seven pages, one for each supported platform: Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iPhone and iPad, Android TV and Apple TV.

How to choose a platform and a build
Within one platform, Happ sometimes has several builds, and the choice is not always obvious from a file name.

On some devices the choice is not just about the platform as a whole. On phones without Google services, on popular models such as Xiaomi or Samsung, and on TV boxes without an app store, installation differs from the usual way. Authenticity and file checks
The official Happ developer in every app store is Flyfrog LLC. Some regional stores, including the Russian App Store, list apps with a similar name from other companies. They are not the same product, and their data has nothing to do with the real Happ.
For files from GitHub there is a more concrete check. If a SHA-256 hash is published on the release page, compare it with the hash of the whole downloaded file, not just its first characters. The installer's digital signature on Windows and macOS is another signal, but checking it only makes sense together with a trustworthy source for the link itself.
What next: installation, setup and TVs
A downloaded file alone does not mean Happ is ready to work. The next step is Happ setup, with importing a key or a subscription and choosing a connection mode, described separately for each platform.
For Android TV and Apple TV the path is slightly different. The app is usually installed the same way as on a phone, but the subscription most often has to be moved to the TV from a phone. The Download section gives you the official link and explains which build fits your system or processor. Installation is the next step: how to run the file, what to confirm in the system and which permissions to grant. On some devices, such as phones without Google services or TVs without an app store, installation differs a lot from the usual way, so those devices have their own step-by-step guides.
Do I have to pay or register to download Happ?
No. The Happ app itself is free and needs no registration in an app store or on GitHub. Payment and an e-mail sign-in are needed only on the subscription provider's side, if you use ready-made servers instead of your own. Downloading and installing Happ has nothing to do with that, and anyone can do it.
Can I use one Happ subscription on several platforms?
Yes. A subscription or a server key is not tied to a platform. You can add it to Happ on a phone, a computer and a TV at the same time, using the same subscription address or the same server link each time. If there is a limit on the number of devices, it is set by the subscription provider, not by the Happ app.
Is downloading Happ from an app store safer than from GitHub?
Both are official when the link leads to the Flyfrog LLC developer page or to the github.com/Happ-proxy repository. A store adds a publication check and a digital signature, while GitHub gives you an open release number and, when one is published, a file hash. The real risk is not either source but copies from third-party sites and file hosts outside these two channels.
My platform is not on the list, for example an old PC running Windows XP. What can I do?
The official Happ documentation describes system requirements only for the listed platforms: Windows 10 version 1809 or newer, current macOS and Linux, Android 5.0 or newer, iOS and iPadOS 15 or newer, Android TV and Apple TV. For systems older than that there is no support in the documentation, apart from one official exception, the Happ Legacy 1.0.2 build for Windows 7 and 8.
How do I find out which Happ version is installed and whether to update?
The version number is usually shown in the app's settings or in the About section. Current stable versions and the list of changes between releases are collected on the separate Happ versions page. It also shows whether a prerelease exists with new features that have not yet reached the stable release for your platform.
The file downloaded, but Happ will not start or finds nothing. Where do I begin?
First open your platform's page and compare the version and architecture of the downloaded file with the system requirements.
