Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to visitors of the independent information site about the Happ client app. The site is not an official Happ resource and is not connected with its development team. You can read more about this on the "About the Project" page.

All articles, guides, error breakdowns and comparisons are reference material. They are based on the official Happ documentation, GitHub releases and the editorial team's own checks, but they do not replace the official sources and are not legal, technical or any other advice for the user's specific situation.

Happ is a client app built on the Xray-core engine. The product is not a VPN service and does not provide access to network resources. The user connects on their own to servers that they own or that are provided by third-party providers. The user is responsible for using the app in accordance with local law.

The site does not sell servers, subscriptions or network access, and does not take part in that part of the user's relationship with a provider or with their own server.

When using the site's material, the user decides on their own how to apply the information, for example which platform to choose or how to set up routing. The editorial team checks facts under the rules described on the editorial policy page, but it cannot guarantee that a guide will suit every network, device or app version.

The user is responsible for making sure their actions comply with the law of the country where they are located, including the rules for using network equipment and data transfer software. The site does not take on this responsibility and cannot account for the specifics of every jurisdiction's law in general articles.

The site contains links to third-party resources: the official Happ pages (happ.info, docs.happ.info, the app stores, the repository on GitHub) and the website of the subscription provider Atlas VPN, to which the buttons on the plans page lead through a referral link. Each of these resources is independent of this site and operates under its own terms of use and privacy policy.

When you follow such a link, you leave the Happ site, and your further actions, such as registration, payment or downloading a file, are governed by the third-party resource and not by these terms.

The editorial team may update the text of these terms: clarify the wording, add sections when new site features appear, or change how user requests are handled. No separate notices of such changes are sent by e-mail, and the version published on this page is the current one.

The date of the page's last check is given in its metadata. If the terms matter to you, it is worth opening this page again from time to time.
